Restaurant Fat Lizard Helsinki City’s assistant restaurant manager and Beer Master Samuli is passionate about discovering new beer products and sharing his know-how with others. Samuli keeps himself on the map of what is happening in the field of brewing products in Finland, and he has noticed in his own work how well small breweries work together and share information about new products. It helps Samul when he trains and deepens the know-how of the work community for the benefit of the customer.
In Samuli’s opinion, the best combination of drink and food is usually pizza and West Coast IPA. You should try this combination on the spot at Fat Lizard City, there are many options for both delicious pizzas and IPA beers.
The beer selection is updated in real time, get to know the selection and come and taste it.
The only star we give a shit about is our customer.
And we want to keep it that way. Our third restaurant sits right across the street from Stockmann with the statue Kolmen sepän patsas staring right at us.
It takes time to get use to being in the spotlight, and it sure feels different to the suburbs we are used to. Fear not, the city center won’t stand a chance, we won’t fit it – we make our space. Confident as we are, we’ll make noice in this neighbourhood too.
It is in this buzzing location, at the corner of Mannerheimintie and Aleksanterinkatu, that we stick to our roots. These roots thrive from fat and honest food fresh in ingredients and we top it with a pint of good times and cold beer.
